Got my period Jan 11 and also had extreme heart pain that night. I am hoping it was gas. I do not know what was wrong. Im at work today and doing ok. Had dentist this morning (teeth cleaning).
149.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
