love losing water weight! :p
216.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1517 kcal Fat: 24.39g | Prot: 71.15g | Carb: 269.48g.   Breakfast: frozen cherries , Toasted 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Pineapple, Fat Free Plain Yogurt, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries. Lunch: Bell Peppers, Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice, tilapia. Dinner: clementine, cucumber,  meatballs lean cuisine. Snacks/Other: 100 Calorie Pretzel Bar, 100 Calorie Homestyle Popcorn, In the Bag Steamable Vegetables - Broccoli Cuts, Steamfresh Whole Grain Brown Rice, cherry tomatoes. more...
