ahhhh got a little happy with the weight lost. Back on track this morning. I had a good time for 2 days, and honestly once you eat some things you think you want and miss, its over. You don't want them anymore. To me that is showing signs of growth. Thinking there are foods that you just simply can't do without is over rated. You can do without them and still enjoy your new way of eating. I always try to remember I'm human, and I will make mistakes!!!! Be Blessed today members..............
