I really do not know what I am doing, right now I am counting my calories, making healthier choices but when I looked at my report for each day on the circle chart it looks like this, 56% fat, balance is carbs and protein, is this normal, good, bad, what? help

It really depends on what overall strategy you have adopted nutrition wise. If you have not thought that far yet, don't stress it. Focus on calories, recording what you eat, and maintaining an intake deficit from your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). That is good enough to start out IMO.

it depends on what type of eating you are going for. Try to keep calories at recommend then if you aren't dropping weight try some different methods of eating.
