I really do not know what I am doing, right now I am counting my calories, making healthier choices but when I looked at my report for each day on the circle chart it looks like this, 56% fat, balance is carbs and protein, is this normal, good, bad, what? help

under my calorie count for 3 days, starting to do a little exercing, eating normal foids but being a little more health conscious, just starting this journey. hope it works
