Well I made it through the 4th without totally falling off of my diet. I had snacks and all.I really had no desire to stray too far. Got a taste for turkey wings. I want to put them on the grill this weekend. Going to look for a nice recipe. I love the summer because I use my charcoal grill even more. In the winter, I use my George Foreman grill
