Well I havent really written in my journal so far so I thought I would give it a go (secretly hoping itll be beneficial in making some buddies on here)
Well I have struggled with my weight since I was a teen and my HW was around 240lbs, I made the decision to get healthy and got down to 118lbs in under 12 months, even got a tummy tuck. However fate wasnt on my side and I got diagnosed with epilespy, chrons and Sjaastad syndrome :( courses of steriods later my weight was back up again not as much as before but to 208lbs, today I have gotten back down to 173 but its takeing forever :( knowing what I was like before and seeing myself now is hard to deal with.
Well I have made the decision to get back to where I was if not less and being on this site is helping alot :)
