Yeah got scared for a moment lol. Well body fat, You better keep dropping I have some growing to do. I first have to cut to 175lbs then it's time to grow :-) .
186.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
