Hey, what do y'all think of Julian Bakery's two new 'breads'--coconut and almond flour? They look legit to me! I ordered one of each, just to see. Their 'low-carb' bread kinda had a rep for not being as advertised (causing glycemic spikes like real bread, triggering cravings), but with the ingredients I'm seeing in these new ones, I think it could work! Anyone know?
