I'm setting some goals for the weekend...
1) When I go out to eat tonight, try something healthy--thats NOT a salad. Which I'm nervous....because you never know what food is made out of in a restaurant.
2) Dont drink too much on Friday Night.
3) Wake up and go to spinning class (9:00)....bonus, if I wake up even earlier and go to Studio Strength (8:00) class AND spinning
4) Dont eat unhealthy on saturday. A bunch of friends are going ice fishing (Yea...I'm not so sure about it either)...I dont want to eat bar food. or drink too much again (I swear, I'm not a lush!)
5) Sunday....workout. Just a simple run or something. Maybe even outside?!?!? GASP--I better check the weather:)
