I gained almost a lb?
I don’t get it. It’s not
Like I had a field day.
I took pictures of my meals
They were not lavish
I eat lest the 1200 calories?
I only walked 4,000 steps yesterday
Could that be the issue?
234.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1200 calories a day is fine. KEEP YOUR CARBS DOWN. Veggies-leafy greens-berries-all low glycemic. Kick up your healthy fat consumption. No SUGAR-PASTA-STARCH. If potatoes or pasta are a weakness, have a meal of ‘whatever’ on the weekend. A loss of 1-2 pounds a week is a good thing. You didn’t gain overnight, you won’t lose overnight either. (However, the FIRST is more fun than the SECOND!)

Its so frustrating to gain when you're working so hard. Happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I felt awful but I'm back in the losing game and you will be too soon.
