Well after taking two weeks off both from exercising and healthy eating, I spent the last week back in focus. I was up around 5 so this 1 pound is not bad. looking forward to breaking the goal barrier of 165 next weigh in on Thursday.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
