It has been a difficult start with my weight program. The. 1st week I gained 4 lbs. up 4 pounds. 2nd week I lost 3 lbs, &. This week lost 1 pound, back to starting weight. M

I have journaled each meal in my food notebook, plus the calories. I feel like I did ok, with walking every morning at 5 am while it is coolin the desert. I usually walk. 35-45 min. This week,the temps are up. & by 6 am it was 85. The temps get to 108-111 by. 5 pm. I will have to exercise indoors now on the glider walker. I feel like because of my age of almost 80, &. No aerobic exercise anymore, it will be a very slow loss. I eat no more than 1,200-1,400 cals per day. I will keep reading the articles, & try to keep a positive outlook.
