I walked these last two days. Beautiful outside. I am tired when I leave but feel better when I finish. So glad for that. I have lost ten pounds in two weeks which is really alot. I restrict myself alot but need to have to vary the types of food so that I can stay on this long term. this week I'll go on OWL. Which will be easier for packing lunches. I woke up on Friday at 5:30 and was ready to get up - haven't felt that way in a long time. What I like about Atkins - the energy I have, ability to say no to high carb foods, having more self control and feeling better about myself, clothes fitting better.
