Good morning, I am starting "Atkins for a New You"(low carb) today.So far so good! I've been stuck in a rut with my weight longer than usual and I'm at my heaviest ever, I am ready for change! So I going to do the low carb Atkins plan, because I've tried other ways but have to many cravings, so I know this way is better for me. I'm excited and hopeful! I will keep my eye out for all tips and ideas from everyone.

P.S. I joined two Challenges, "Lose 40 lbs. by end of September" and "Drink 640z. of water per day" These start Monday June 25th.
