feel tired didnt work out overslept this morning leaving soon today in real early tomorrow eating went yto mcdonalds for lunch kiss calorie control goodbye
134.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can order a kids hamburger meal at McD's for about 500 calories. They even have a light lemonade in many places to drink (if you don't like diet soda. Some times I will have a big mac (take off one of the burgers) and a side salad for about 500 calories. There are ways to order foods you want but not get all the calories.
