Carbs are just calories, if you fit them into your goals they will not affect fat loss adversely.

I’ve ate this about every day this week also and even added vegan chicken patties to it. Good to know I’m not alone 😭

Calories mean nothing. They’ve doubled calories from 2500 to 5000 keeping keto macro percents same. Still lost weight. Kicking carbs but eating them. I’m Confused

Eat more fats without the carbs to be more satiated

Calories mean nothing? You understand you're on a calorie counting website and several metabolic ward studies prove you utterly wrong.

Quit spreading false info. It’s dangerous Diablo. Get off the carb train and the sup/hormones. Not gonna list all 20 studies. https://www.ruled.me/keto-weight-loss/

Reference satiety, There were no significant differences in hunger or satiety sensations or in ad libitum energy intake after the 4 meals. Diet-induced thermogenesis was larger after the alcohol meal (by 27%; P < 0.01), whereas protein produced an intermediary response (17%; NS) compared with carbohydrate and fat (meal effect: P < 0.01). After the alcohol meal, fat oxidation and leptin concentrations were greatly suppressed (meal effects, P < 0.0001 and P < 0.05) and triacylglycerol concentrations were as high as after the fat meal.

I can't find any studies that give a clear indicator of which macro is the most satiating. I think it comes down to the food in question. While both an apple and a cookie are carbohydrates and can be about the same calories(about 70) they vary wildly in how full they make you. The same goes for bacon and peanut butter in my experience. I can eat way more cookies and bacon than an apple or peanut butter. A baked potatoe is another example of a very filling carbohydrate.

I heard everything, someone saying that calories mean nothing. Wow.

Also accusing me of anabolics, as if I'm above and beyond natural limitations? I've been lifting since 1999. Have you seen greats like Sandow? I'm not beyond natural limits by any means. Jealous, much?

Idk why I'm conversing with an obvious troll. I will not believe anything else. I just cannot believe someone would say calories don't matter in this day and age when the truth is readily available. Sad.

"Several metabolic ward studies have shown that there is no difference in weight loss when protein intake was held constant." https://hoffday.wordpress.com/2013/07/21/several-metabolic-ward-studies-have-shown-that-there-is-no-difference-in-weight-loss-when-protein-intake-was-held-constant/
Over 30 metabolic ward studies proving fat loss is totally based on CICO when protein and calories are equated.

Lmao. Jealous? Funny. I don’t put my pic bc I’m not obsessed with my looks. I’m 7%. Now worries here. Just trying to help others. Funny how you think a carb is a carb when clearly the research shows fructose overload of liver vs glucose accounts for vis fat. But carbs are carbs. Lol. Insane. You mad bro. You replied so many times. Peace out. Good luck with your journey.

It's ok to be angry about your whole keto schtick being a lie. It's just another elimination diet that will work if it helps one adhere to their calorie goals. Sorry, that it's not some special end all be all diet. Feelsbadman.

No one said it was the end all diet but certainly helps when someone has an obesity crisis. If you do macros correctly then the calories come out pretty spot on. And of course if you are starving then it’s not a lifestyle its a crash diet. Stress is a huge factor aa well. And if you aren’t happy while dieting. Why do it. To each their own. If it works. Keep going.
