So here we go again. Maybe this will help with my accountability for what I eat and when I work out. Hopefully I can stick with this for more than a week and continue seeing the results I was seeing 3 weeks ago. I'm still only going to weigh myself once a week (Mondays). Anything more than that and I'll obsess too much and why shouldn't my first sct of showing control be over weighing myself...
