Ha-ha! I don’t think they are guilt free😄 Dates spikes your blood sugar as much as sugar ( GI 146!!!), they not that innocent as they look 😔

I mean, dates are healthy replacement for chocolates and cakes, but they are not good when you determined to loose weight..

I just count calories, and for me it works even if I eat dates. Anyway they are much better than any sweets
