Went to work out last night, last session with the trainer. Then I went to my friend's house and had dinner, but I brought my own salad. So calories are high, protein is high, but I had a hard workout so I think it balanced out. On the way home I had time to feel the endorphin happiness - all was right with my world! Glad I got to experience that feeling and understanding what it was, I think it will motivate me to get to the gym. Need to show that trainer I will go and train without him! Might dance tonight, might clean. Maybe both! Have a great Thursday!
