I admit it, I am a very happy lady this morning! All of the working out and calorie counting is working...I feel healthier, and am more selective in what I eat...and I love that I have already lost 6.5 pounds...

190.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
