TGIFF...Finally Friday!!

Reading back, Tuesday was my one and only day of focus for dieting. Will try to salvage the weekend from the ruins...Work has been the usual grind for this time of year...Eat, sleep, mark, eat. Repeat. Feel like a machine. Always darkest before dawn...and so, official summer countdown is now at 4 days!!!

CANNOT WAIT.

Was reading about Heidi Klum's diet in Elle mag at the grocery store today. Fascinating. Meal replacement shakes for breakfast and dinner, then chicken on greens and side veggies for lunch, an apple and green tea at late afternoon, and 3oz cooked chicken or other lean protein at mid-morning. After that, NADA...well except 2 hrs of exercise, 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr in the evening. Gosh, need to be paid super model bucks to stick to that for 2 weeks! Supposed to get the abs flat and the body bikini ready in no time. Just saying.....

No ambitious plans tonight. My main challenge tomorrow will be getting to the gym. Will not do any marking until I do lol!! That should motivate me to get out the door early.;-)

Finally happy to report that I got in a 40 min walk after sundown tonight. My thanks go out to Stef for the inspiration of her evening walk.

Wishing all my buddies a wonderful, fun weekend. Peace;-)

Hi Maria! I don't think I could follow that diet either. lol I'm having enough trouble just gathering some motivation to do the right things period. My mind just truly isn't focusing and getting this like I did before. I want it too but I guess I have been just plain lazy. lol I hope you get to the gym and have a great weekend. Hugs!!

Funny how that happens Cathy. We are dealing with changes always and perpetually in flux. I know that when you put your mind to something, look out!!! ;-) Glen: Heidi Klum's example is extraordinary, a person who DOESN'T eat with the tenacity of an athlete who trains perhaps. Just ordinary people doing extraordinary things. The language of enthusiasm! Feel my passion gathering force when I read stuff like that lol. Reading FS journals does the same thing.;-) Congrats with your daily routine and consistent results!!
