Just got a copy of my bloodwork from the doctor's office. While my total cholesterol has not really budged, and my LDL is pretty static, my HDL is moving into a good zone, and my triglycerides are plummeting. YAYYY!!!! My ratios are looking so much better than they did a few short months ago. Actually, they have been this good in more than ten years. No drugs. Just diet and exercise. Even though I was not full bore Atkins till the last two weeks, I was eliminating sugars, and other refined carbs....and it has paid off in my health. I feel like when they retest me in a few months time it will be only better still.
