I lost 1 pound this week. I feel good about that but I wish that I had done better. I do well through the day. I take my lunch to school so that helps. After work is when I have trouble. I have been trying to eat early and then go work out. Sometimes that works but other times I just eat after I work out too. So with good intentions for today, so far, so good.
