This whole thing called 'dieting' is such a hard world for me. In high school, i had minor issues with weight but was always able to bring it in check with a week or two of daily running and one regular meal and two meals of cottage cheese and canned fruit....but I just turned 22 and I just had a baby in November....my body is just not the same. I tried my old dieting ways but i realized it was working for me, but i was depriving my son of the nutrients he needed from my breast milk. So that was short lived. Now im lost, my husband is no help, he eats anything and everything, plus 6+ sodas a day and weighs no more that 160 at any given time...and he hardly lifts a finger to exercise. I am running around constantly, my son Asher although only 3 months old keeps me busy and i am very determined to be an active mother, as mine was not. I donno, but this has to work....i cant be living like this if i want to be the active involved mother that i always pictured. So here it goes, for as long as it takes...i need to lose the weight!
