So Excited.... I just did (some) of the Billy Blanks Taebo workout...daughters boyfriend who studied karate...and martial arts had brought me this dvd...we did a workout all 3 of us.. I didn't do most of it but I did participate ..her bf said he was surprised at my stamina ...especially after my injury...he said I had great form and now we are going to work on my strength training together...it will be great for my daughter too who is studying criminal law.... Btw...didn't weigh yesterday doing monthly but did measure body and wanted to report it in my journal ..1.waist when began was... 32.75... its now 29.25.... 2. hips when began 39.75 and now hips 36.75 and 3.thigh was 24.25 and now 20.00 Im getting closer to my goal and I don't have to even weigh myself I just know I'm feeling so much better...appetite is more null... I could take it or leave it...energy is through the roof....and in general I want to strengthen my body now because I feel so good at this time ...its time to move towards the best me ever.. Im keeping these thoughts of euphoria in my mind and lock it down so I can reach for the feeling when my mind wants to chill and not be productive... Having a break through.... don't you just love them?;)
