Yay, pretty excited that I was under for calories again yesterday AND worked out for the 2nd day in a row (even though I am ridiculously sore and would love nothing more than to just snuggle up on the couch after work)! Got to keep the momentum - going to work out again after work. It helps a lot to pack my own lunch (I can count the calories as I put them into my lunchbox so I know/have a set amount of food while I'm at work) and pack my gym clothes in the morning. It's mentally and physically prepping myself for the day. And it makes it so much easier to not make excuses since I've had it in my head since 7a that I'm working out after work.
