Yay, pretty excited that I was under for calories again yesterday AND worked out for the 2nd day in a row (even though I am ridiculously sore and would love nothing more than to just snuggle up on the couch after work)! Got to keep the momentum - going to work out again after work. It helps a lot to pack my own lunch (I can count the calories as I put them into my lunchbox so I know/have a set amount of food while I'm at work) and pack my gym clothes in the morning. It's mentally and physically prepping myself for the day. And it makes it so much easier to not make excuses since I've had it in my head since 7a that I'm working out after work.

First weigh in, in general, probably should have weighed myself before I started this diet. Eh, oh well.
This is my starting weight for my diet.
Goal: 135lbs.
Giving myself a rest day was nice. After working out For the first time in months both Monday and Tuesday I was so sore, but made sure to get my assistance to the gym. Don't cheat yourself I kept saying. So at the gym I made sure to stretch like nine hundred times, run my mile and get a decent amount of free weight training in. Didn't push it super hard. Will be able to go hard tomorrow - sweat city!

Diet followed reasonably well

Whoot! Stayed under my caloric intake for the day and worked out - good start for a Monday!

Oh man. I do this to myself routinely; it's a sick cycle of "eat good, train good, feel good", hit a peak and slide right off of it. I really want to commit to getting to a comfortable weight. Words are words though, got to actually get out there and do it. Monday's as good of day as any to start. Packed myself a light lunch and my gym shoes. Time to lose what I've gained.
