very stressfull evening. used all the technics in the book not to resolve to eating...
massage ear
clean kitchen (and a lot more after that cause it didn.t seem to work)
drink diet soda
breathing yoga
weigh in to motivate
snuggle at hubbies sleeping back

finally it worked and the reward is .2 loss and very proud feeling
194.2 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
