But these banana protein pancakes....
After a long hungry day + workout.... omg ...
they were everything I wished for..... and so delicious.... oh, life you are amazing 😜

In a blender: 30g oats, 1 egg, 1 scoop of protein powder, 130g low fat yoghurt, 1 small banana. Blend it thoroughly. Then with a table spoon place this creamy dough on a frying pan (with a tiny bit of spray oil), cook from both sides ... and mmmmmmmmmuuuuuaaaaaa😍😅😋
