I had a great day at the gym. That elliptical workout seems to do the most good for me as far as weight loss with minimal risk of injury. I overate in calories yesterday by eating a pound of burger last night and that got the urge out of my system. I still lost weight a little bit, thank goodness. I'm also having great blood pressure. Yee haw.
