Still holding steady on weight. I couldn't lift as much at the gym yesterday as I usually do. My gut wasn't feeling well (probably too much fiber with those killer smoothies with lots of kale). It seems to me the thing that helps most is those long low and slow sessions on the elliptical. It makes me feel good and it is safe from injury. That's where I'm headed now. And look at my awesome BP....

I also got my HR up to 174 today at the gym. I think that's a new high.
260.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
