I have decided that I need to do something about my weight. I wear it well but I am feeling it in my knees and back. I seem to get tired easily and I am now retaining more fluid. I know this is a result of my diet and weight. New changes starts today!
304.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 129.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
