1212 kcal Fat: 45.29g | Prot: 86.22g | Carb: 126.33g.   Breakfast: coffee, milk, Natural Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four Cheese, Canadian Bacon, Multi Grain Country Bread, Hass Avocado, Nonfat Raspberry Greek Yogurt. Lunch: Olive oil, Tomatoes, Light mayo, Solid White Albacore in Water, Asparagus , Red Cabbage. Dinner: Olive oil, Brussels sprouts, Garden Vegetable Quinoa, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Omega Chunky Peanut Butter, Fuji apple, coffee, milk, Apricots. more...
