I feel like I have been snacking all day...Oh' I have. But on the bright side I stayed on target calorie wise. PHEW! Came close to skipping, my daughter handed me her left over ice cream and I ate it. It was delicious, it was only a couple of bites and then of course I wanted more. But instead I blended up a banana and blue berry twist, pretty good and killed the urge.
