As for today's dinner, I really don't see where the fat is in the fajita marinade. According to the recipe builder, each portion has 6 g. fat. Of course, most of the marinade will be used to cook the onions and peppers. Who knows how much of it seeped into the steak. So maybe I should not even be counting it. I went back and looked at it. All the fat is from the flank steak, so I took that out of the recipe. Count it separately, since it will be weighed separately.

Later in the day, I realized that I was not going to cook the onions and peppers until tomorrow, and I threw the rest of the marinade out. Don't know if I should even count any calories for it, but whatever. It is not too costly. I ended up cooking the veggies the next day in 1/2 T EVO.
