Reasonably happy with the weight in results! Next sunday night i want 282.0! With starting my job that will have me pretty active, so it shouldnt be too hard! Also with me having to be there at 7am, I am going to have to cut my morning jog back to maybe a mile or so. Oh yea, went to moms house today, and I pigged out a bit. Other than that, GREAT 1ST WEEK!! 37.4 lbs to go!!
