yesterday a ten mile bike ride with my wife--felt good--slow no challenge--was hard on my wife due to bumpy keto transition. spent day outside, park, walking, evening fireworks for heritage day. today 5 mile run, 30 mins free weights, two hours of tennis---good active day--maintaining 80% fat-low protein--very low carb
