I ate really well, but didn't get any exercise yesterday. I worked like crazy, but all sitting on my butt at my computer. The only thing that always bothers me is that I kept going to long and then had to eat late. That's something I don't want to do any more.

Today is fast Sunday so I know I'll lose some weight from that alone, but it may come back on Monday. I recently read that fasting forces the breakdown of fat. I'm not sure about that. I'll have to look into it further.

I still struggle with glucose control without lots of Kangen water as seen by the reading today. I've got to just treat that stuff like it's my medicine and drink lots of it every day.
