The hardest thing about being on a diet...is food. If it wasn't for food being so yummy and delicious I would have it made. I just love to eat...everything, I am not a picky eater and never have been. And another thing, I lie I lie about what I eat and how much I eat. Well not really lie lie, but I say I have eaten 2 cups of watermelon, well it was probably 3 or 4. The kale it was the whole dang bunch. How do you measure it when it goes straight into my mouth...I can't. I have a real eating disorder and all I ever do is think about food what I am going to eat when how much longer do I have to wait to eat, does it seem too soon since the last time I ate. I cant even walk into the kitchen without my first thought being about food, even if I was just going out through the kitchen to the porch. FOOD FOOD FOOD! I wish the door was somewhere else instead of the only one that is actually that goes anywhere being straight into the kitchen. Food is good, it makes me feel good, I don't get bored when I am eating...
