Found out yesterday that i cant control my eating when it comes to foods and drinks in large bags! So no more big bag of baked chips (telling myself im discipline enough to divide them up) or gallon green tea jugs.....from now on small bags! Also i've been taking baby steps to cheese out of my diet as well...(i really like cheese :(...) The morning jog/brisk walk went well! bought my girlfriend with me which helps me keep up my pace!
