Went over on my "2" day but think it was worth the extra 19 calories for some soy sauce and squeezy chilli! 8 calories per tablespoon or squirt and I went with two of each.

Broccoli, a pepper, 100g marinated tofu, 1/2 onion, medium courgette, baby sweet corn. Think that's it but diary will show full list. Delicious and filling!
