I did great yesterday. Even though I only did 500 calories on the elliptical, I also did a modified Tabata. I just broke it up into two 2-minute pieces. I did a 4 sprint cycles at 20 min into an otherwise low and slow and then I did another 4 sprint cycles at 28 minutes in. Total workout time was about 33 minutes.

I also ate really well yesterday and had calories to spare. I'm going to get down to 250 in the next two months, even though I'm going to be out of town for work again.
