Whole wheat lavash

Pre-heat oven to 375

Topped it with broccoli and cauliflower that I blanched, squeezed out all the water through papertowels, and then minced. Topped the minced broccoli and cauliflower with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and sliced purple onions. Sprinkled with pepper, montreal steak seasoning, cumin, onion and garlic powder.

Bake until cheese is bubbly.

Can add red pepper flakes, if desired.

I am not sure what wheat lavash is .. but this looks really good with great variation in ingredients . Thanks so much for sharing. Its great to see a varied and interesting meal like this one! I have to figure how to get my pics up also!
