I was a little shocked when I stepped off the scale today. I was expecting to weigh around 198 or so, not 205. I am starting day 2 of the Extreme Fat Smash diet. Apparently you can lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks. I'll probably lose more than that, but commited to following this tough 3 week diet... Going to park at luch to walk for 15 min and squeeze out a few pull ups - hopefully 3.
