Yesterday I weighed and i was 2o2 this morning I was 203, followed the plan, probably did not get in all of my water.
Today my goal is to get in 64 oz of fluids.

Savannah, not getting your req water is probably what caused this. You should aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz of water every day. You'll be surprised just how much easier the weight will come off.

My water filter broke this week so I have been having trouble drinking all those 20 oz bottles this week,too. I do work at drinking 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water (which was 119.5 oz.!)
