I tried Atkins for the last six weeks and it just isn't working for me. I had gastric by pass surgery in September 2007 and lost 100 lbs, have gained approx 15 - 20, never really reached my goal weight of 140, now I would be happy to lose what I have gained and my goal now is 160.
