Congratulations on losing 28 pounds! That's very impressive...about 7 pounds per month. As you're finding, however, that pace of loss is not typical as you move forward. You have very sparse food logs, so it's hard to give you any specific recommendations. Are you still on Induction, or have you moved on to OWL? My very general advice would be to get back to logging all your food, every day, every meal, and then we can all get a look to see what's really going on. Good luck....just follow the rules of whatever phase you're in for the next several days....logging everything....and we'll see what's happening.
