Must.have. Cheeseburger and fries. I went to the local café so at least it would be real food. Fast food kills me now. tomorrow I have to start phase 1 of 2020 again so against Dr. Phil, I had my cheeseburger and fries. I am not going to lie, it was absolutely delicious. But, it hurt from the first bite. Stomach hurt really bad going down. And this morning I feel overweighted and like crap. I obviously cannot eat Beef with IBS. But at least it was delicious. 😂😳🙄😜😉🤪😫
