Hello Journal:
Well today was a good day food wise: bad day stress wise. This economy is really taking a toll on the business I run and I just learned today that we will be losing 4000.00 of income each month due to the loss of a client....SUCKS.
Oh well. I am going to do a weigh in tomorrow for the site and update all my challenges for this week. I really haven't been exercising. Just been feeling really blah. I have to start it back up though.
I've decided that today was the last day for my diet soda. I kicked it once before for over a year but slipped back in to it. After the soda, I will kick the gum habit. While I wouldn't say I have "stalled" I am wondering from reading everyone else's posts if it might be slowing me down a bit. Maybe with that and the development of an exercise habit, the weight will come off a bit quicker.
Goal plan for tomorrow: Weigh in and take measurements. Spring Cleaning. At least a walk for exercise. Stay on plan 100%.
Watching the Duke vs. Purdue game. Too close for my comfort. GO DUKE!!!
